Justine Henin will not be returning to Brisbane next year, instead opting to play at the Hopman Cup along with other top players like Serena Williams, Novak Djokovic, and Ana Ivanovic, to name a few.
This will be Henin's first apperance at this event, while it is Williams' third, having won the event the last two times she played.
"I'm looking forward to going back to the Hopman Cup," Djokovic said. "For me it was a good preparation for the Australian Open."
Other players that currently have entered the event include Lleyton Hewitt, Steve Darcis, who will team up with Henin, John Isner, Nicolas Mahut, Gael Monfils and his partner, Kristina Mladenovic.
