The WTA Tour will have to find something to fit into the July 12-18 time slot next year when the Prague Open ends its run after this year edition. The tournament is facing some financial problems after losing its major partner.
Vladislav Savrda, the tournament director, has confirmed the end is near, though financial details were not given.
Maybe the WTA can move the schedule around a bit instead of adding a new tournament. Some tournaments could use the move such as Indian Wells and Miami.
